1942년생 영국출신 가수 1942년생

이 곡은 1972년에 발표되어 싱글챠트 15위까지 올랐다

오늘날까지 사랑받고 있는 '뷰티풀 선데이' 의 주인공 '다니엘 분(Daniel Boone)'은

가수 겸 작곡자로 1970년대에 몇장의 '싱글(Sigle)'들을 발표하며 활동을 했으나

Beautiful Sunday 외에는 별로 알려진 곡이 없으며

그래서 이 한 곡만을 히트 시키고 사라져간 반짝스타(One-hit Wonder)이다

국내에서도 상당한 인기를 얻었고 번안가요로 여러 가수들이 불렀다

당시 통기타를 치면서 이 노래를 부르는 게 유행이었고 야전이 필수품이었던 시절이 있었다.
